Softskill - Business Communication

1. What is communication?
     Communication is a basic human right and essential to our quality of life as a social species. As a human beings, we use communication to : relate to others, socially connect, greet, call attention, share feelings and etc. And communication is the exchange and flow of information and ideas from one person to another ; it involves a sender transmitting an idea, information, or feeling to a receiver (U.S. Army, 1983)

2. What is business?
     Business is an organization or enterprising entity engaged in commercial, industrial or professional activities. A business can be a profit entity, such as publicly traded corporation, or non-profit organization engage in business activities, such an agricultural cooperative.

3. What is business communication?
     Business communication is the sharing of information between people within an enterprise that is performed for the commercial benefit of the organization. In addition, business communication can also refer to how a company shares information to promote its product or services to potential consumers.

4. The cycle of good communication according to my opinion!

Explanation : Sender thought a concept or idea so encoding in a word or symbols and then send to receiver, receiver then be accepted after that the receiver give feedback to the sender.
